Adequate Food
“Our food should be our medicine and our medicine                should be our food.” ~ Hippocrates

A Child needs to feel more energetic.
When A Child eats a balanced and healthy diet, the body will get the right mixture of nutrients, minerals, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats (yes, fats are not all bad) it requires to function properly. This will make the child feel better. Its like filling up a car gas tank with water; not a good idea. Does not really work well, does it? Same thing applies to A Child’s body. If a child is given the wrong fuel, he or she will feel tired, even depressed. But if  given a proper fuel (food) and the child will roar like a racing car and can get out and achieve in life!
A Child needs to be more alert and smart
Following on from the previous point, if a child eats the right food, the mind will function much better. He or she will thus feel more alert. The ability to concentrate and focus on the task at hand will improve dramatically, and will perform much better in studies or work when given the opportunity.

What  can make A Child smile?

A Child will avoid sickness.

When a child treats his or her body with a healthy diet, the immune system (is natural bodyguards) will be strengthened. Thus viruses, bacteria and other undesirables will have to face the elite squadron of immunity, transforming them into pulp before they have a chance to touch a single cell in the body. Taking the metaphor further, if a child does not eat healthy food  like feeding the army a diet of rice cakes. They won’t have the strength to carry their own weight, imagine the weapon. A Child will “Live a longer and healthier life; Feel positive and happy” ~the body is an investment with guaranteed results. So he needs to invest in it by eating healthy. A child will feel positive and happy about it, furthering  quality of life.
